Ungabanjelwa kuphi umtjhado?

Isaziso sokuhlongakala senziwa ngokuzaliswa kweforomo BI-1663. Iforomeli lineengaba ezihlukeneko ezizaliswa babantu abahlukeneko abathintekako ekambisweni yokwazisa. Amagadango wokwazisa nokutloliswa kokuhlongakala
Igadango 1: Isiphathiswa sezokwelapha esihlole isidumbu kufanele sizalise iforomo lesAziso sokuHlongakala/sokuBelethwa buThule (okuyi-BI-1663). Kunesigaba eforomeneli esizaliswa isiphathiswa sezokwelapha bese silifake ngaphakathi kwe-envilobhu. Igadango 2: Isihlobo, manje kufanele sithathe imitlolo siyise kumngcwabi abamkhethileko bona enze amalungiselelo womngcwabo. Nayikuthi umngcwabi uvunyelwe bona afumane izaziso zokuhlongakala, kufanele azalise iingaba ezifaneleko begodu akhuphe umlayo wokubulunga (okuyi-BI-14). Umngcwabi uzakuletha amaforomo azalisiweko e-ofisini eliseduze leeNdaba zeKhaya khona kuzakutloliswa ukuhlongakala. IiNdaba zeKhaya manje zizakukhupha isitifikethi sokuhlongakala zisinikele isihlobo.
Nayikuthi umngcwabi akakavunyelwa ngokuya komthetho ukufumana izaziso zokuhlongakala, kufaneIe alethe imitlolo e-ofisini eliseduze leeNdaba zeKhaya namkha eSitetjhini samaPholisa esiseduze khona umlayo womngcwabo uzakukhutjhwa begodu imitlolo yokutloliswa izakusetjenzwa.
Isitifikethi esirhunyeziweko sokuhlongakala sikhutjhwa simahla nakutloliswa ukuhlongakala mhlokho. Koke ukukhutjhwa okuzakwenzeka ngemva kwalokho kufuna ukuzaliswa kweforomo lesibawo i-BI-132 kanye nokubhadelwa kwe-R10-00. Isitifikethi esizeleko (esingakarhunyezwa) sokuhlongakala naso siyatholakala ngokudla imali engange-R45-00.
Imilayo yokubulunga

Ukuhlongakala kwamala

Umlando weNcwadi kamAzisi weSewula Afrika unamathele isitjhaba soke. Yayihlathulula bona oyiphetheko wayengubani. Komunye umuntu bekusisetjenziswa sokugandelela, komunye yayikufikelela ebuhleni obunengi.
Ngaphambi kwaka-1972, umbuso wakhupha incwadi kamazisi ohlaza. Lomazisi wayefakwe ngencwadini ehlaza eyayingangena ngesikhwameni ngoFeberbari waloyo nyaka. Ukusukela ngoMeyi 1980, incwadi kamazisi encani ehlaza yakhutjhwa. Yayenziwe ngekhompyutha begodu inezinto zokuvikela ezingezelelweko ukukhandela bona ingenziwa ngokungasimthetho.
UmThetho wokwAziwa owathoma ukusebenza ngo-1986 wazisa incwadi kamazisi ohlaza njengombana simazi. Ngaphambi kwalokhu, nayikuthi umuntu wayetjhadile, isitifikethi sakhe somtjhado sasifakwa encwadini kamazisi. Lokhu kwaphela ngokufakwa komThetho omutjha.
